We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, in accordance with UAE Consumer Protection Law. Items must be unused and in original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items: Perishable goods, digital products, intimate/sanitary items, and sale items.

Refunds: Once approved, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

Defective Items: If you received a damaged or wrong item, contact us immediately for a free replacement or full refund.
